JH Lavender & Co Limited proudly celebrated its centenary year in 2017. This prestigious milestone represents a huge achievement for the company and is testament to the key skills which JHL have developed throughout this time.

JH Lavender manufacture precision aluminium die castings for a wide-ranging customer base. Specialising in the provision of both gravity and high-pressure processes, JHL are also able to offer a full CNC machining & assembly package too. This has quickly become our core business in recent years and demonstrates our flexibility to respond to changing customer specifications.

Throughout this 100-year existence, customers have changed and technology has improved significantly however the core skills of the business remain largely unaltered. JHL have a strong belief that we are experts in our field and have always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Today the company remains in private ownership and continues to expand operations at its West Bromwich base. Significant recent investment has been made in CNC Machining and Finishing operations which allows JH Lavender to offer complete bespoke solutions for key customers.

Not only have JHL added to CNC plant capacity but heavy investment has also been made into additional die casting capability with the addition of new 1600 and 750 tonne cells accompanied by full robot automation.

To complement this, JHL have also expanded the size of its operation with the addition of a new die casting bay and a new CNC machine shop. Furthermore, add to this an on-site tool making facility and a new logistics bay and it is not too difficult to see why JHL are very excited for the future of the company.
