In the last few months the company has installed 4 Ramsell-Naber BT1300 style gas fired tilting furnaces, each with of capacity of 500 Kg. The furnaces are equipped with fully recuperative high efficiency burners and 3-term PID temperature controllers. To achieve even greater efficiency inverter controlled fans which throttle down as the molten aluminium approaches its set point have been fitted.
